Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • In-House Products: Orders for Stargate Clinic–branded items (e.g., clinic apparel, printed materials) are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • LifeWave Products: Orders for LifeWave® patches, supplements, and accessories are forwarded to LifeWave for fulfillment. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Domestic (U.S.):

    • Standard Ground (3–7 business days): $5.95

    • Expedited 2-Day: $14.95

    • Overnight: $24.95

  • International: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • LifeWave Fulfillment: LifeWave uses UPS or DHL for international orders; rates and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout on their platform.

3. Combined Shipments
If your order contains both Stargate Clinic and LifeWave items, shipments may arrive separately—expect a separate shipping confirmation for each.

4. Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once each shipment has left our facility or LifeWave’s warehouse.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us at DavidVelarde@msn.com or call (865) 386-0337.

  • For LifeWave-fulfilled orders, you may also file a claim via LifeWave’s customer service.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Stargate Clinic Products: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition; return shipping is your responsibility unless defective.

  • LifeWave Products: Subject to LifeWave’s 90-day guarantee. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow LifeWave’s return procedure at LifeWave.com > Support > Returns.
